The weather is much better in that photo, Sue (and I’m still hugging ‘my’ stone). And it did feel a little like what I imagine being in a washing machine is like, so cleansing sounds about right 😀
You really wouldn’t! And, looking at my photos of the following day, once we got back down to the car park there was blue sky. So I think there was something more to it than just weather. I remember at the time thinking ‘what are we doing here?’ Yet none of us seemed to want to leave… 🙂
And I meant to say, when I looked at my photos the following day… sorry! Still processing it all, I think 😀 And I agree about the weather – it seems a bit like a dream now.
